Random Yellow Shots Today

Yellow there! How are you? Yes, more yellowy shots from me today. Hey, it’s better than Jell-O shots… or not.

Anyway, I’d already planned for Y to be yellow – way before I learned about the word Xanthic, which I used yesterday. Who knows, maybe I’ll discover a word starting with Z for tomorrow that also means yellow.

Stay tuned…

Speaking of, tomorrow is the big A to Z blog challenge finish line. Wowza! How many of you are going to do the A to Z Reflections post on May 5th? (There’s info about it in this post) I am definitely going to. I made a lot of new friends this year, bloggers who I want to keep up with. I also reconnected with some real gems, too!

But I digress… Enjoy the yellow, folks!

Follow me on Instagram & I’ll follow you back!

I’ve gone from turning up my nose at the idea of cell phone pictures, to being an avid iPhone photographer, which is why my theme for the 2014 A to Z blog challenge is Instagram Travel Photos. If you are on Instagram, I’d be delighted to follow you. Simply follow my photo feed (@TuiSnider) on Instagram and I’ll follow you back!

For more, check out my collaboration with Morgan Dragonwillow. Morgan used my iPhone photos to accompany her poems in a book called Wild Woman Waking. Check it out!

What is the April A to Z Blog Challenge?

Each April, people from all over the world participate in the April A to Z blog challenge, and you can too. It’s a lot of fun and it’s a great way to meet other bloggers. To play along, all you do is make a blog post for each letter of the alphabet during April, then use the blog hop linky to visit as many other bloggers as you can.

My A to Z Inspired Book: Unexpected Texas

I’d like to thank everyone who commented on my blog during the A to Z Challenge last year, because it convinced me to take the self-publishing plunge. On March 2, 2014, I released Unexpected Texas as a paperback and eBook and it quickly became an Amazon Best Seller!

  1. I enjoyed your yellow pictures. They are lovely. I really appreciate the information about the Reflections post-I will definitely participate. I have had so much fun doing this A-Z challenge and learned so much.

  2. Lovely yellow. Isn’t that the rose of Texas, afterall? I’ve been happily posting daily for A-to-Z but haven’t been commenting as much. I plan to be there May 5 and all, never actually done a reflections post so I’m especially excited to follow through with it!

Always love reading – and admiring the visuals – of your posts, both a to z and otherwise!

  3. Love those pictures. Oh, and thanks for the info on the Reflections, I hadn’t seen it yet. :) I’m definitely going to do it. I’m just so excited I finished the challenge with all the craziness I’ve had going on this month.
Great blog, I’ll be coming back. :)
